December 25, 1987
Andy's first christmas was celebrated at Grandma Tessier's house in 1987 when he was only 2 months old. We opened our gifts at 12:00 am. and Andy slept throughout most of it. We couldn't believe that he never woke up when his uncle Derek started playing the drums. Andy got rattles, clothes, tub toys and more.

May 1988
This pic was taken in the Spring of 1988. Grandma and I took James and Andy to the Kmart Store in the Timmins Square. It took a while to get a good picture because Andy didn't want his picture taken that day. This was unusual because Andy loved the camera.

Andy's Baptisimal was held at Notre Dame De Lorde,in Timmins Ontario, with Father Champane was the officiating. Andy's proud godparents are Raymond Giguere and Dawn Tessier. Andy's was baptised Andrew Arthur Claude Giguere Tessier. The name Andrew was chosen by his parents because no other family member carried that name, and his middle names comes from both his grandfathers.

July 1988
By the time Andy was 9 months old he was able to stand alone. This picture of Andy was taken at Grandma Tessier's house in the back yard. He liked it outside because he could watch the kids play. In this picture he was in his play pen when grandma put her dog princess in with him so she could take some pictures. Princess, his grandma's do, loved him and his brother James, and she always watched over and protected the kids.

with the boys. Raymond put his hat on Andy and took my dad's hat and put it
on James then put pretend cigarettes in their mouth. Andy was about 3 years
old here.

1991
This picture was taken in the summer of 1991 when we use to take hikes
behind the Timmins District Hospital. We would spend hours searching for
unique rocks, different birds and exploring different trails. This is Andy
throwing rocks into a stream. Sometimes Amanda would come with us.

This picture was when the Maddens went on the sleigh ride when Uncle Kelly and Aunt Sue had come to visit. This is also the first time James and Andy (Dad's arms) sat on a horse.

This is Andy on his Dads skidoo on Golden Ave. in Timmins. Even though Andy
was involved in two rollovers on snowmachines before he was 8 years old he
had a deep love for fast skidoos. Andy loved to ride, drive and even be
pulled behind skidoos all his life. Andy was about 6 years old.

1993
This picture was taken when we were on one of our fishing trips in the summer of 1993. We had just left Opishing river and we decided to go exploring and we found this lake. Dale (Dad)knows the lake, but when the kids would get restless we would tell them we were explorers and we would all be on an adventure. Breeze (a close family friend) took the picture.

This was Andy along with his classmates as they when up to the front of St. Anne's Church to recite the verses they had been assigned for their first communion.

1997-98
When Andy was in grade six he decided to try his hand at  bowling as part of the schools extra curricular activities. Andy was the type of kid who would always give his all at anything he tried. Andy never really competed with anyone else, his biggest competitior was himself. He always laughed and had a good time with the people he was with.  He was a true sport, and ended up finishing the bowling tournament with the top score .

2000
Andy took on a paper route in Iroquois Falls at the age of 13 so that he could save up to buy his own snow machine. After Andy had delivered newspapers for only a year he had already  managed to buy himself a stunt bike, a mini bike, and his own snowmachine. Andy also made enough money to buy every family member a christmas gift that year. Andy was liked by the people that he served and even though he didn't always like to get up early on a saturday he would because he knew that his enjoyment depended on him delivering the papers.

On the top of the car (left) James, Andy (Middle) Shawn Giguere (right), (two girls on hood  are unknown to us, their mother wanted a picture of them on the m&m car) Me (mom)with the helmet and crystal standing beside me. It was always a thrill for us to attend the demolishion derby in Cochrane as we would always get so excited. James and Andy were our biggest fans and always let us know the best hits of the race.

2002 May
May run weekend of 2002, we went camping up the Abitibi line (behind Iroquois Falls) with David, Anna, Derek, Sue, Henri, and  Mel. This picture was taken around the campfire. It turned out to be a great weekend because we saw a mother bear and two cubs, an eagles nest, a hawk, and we even washed up in the lake. We caught pike, pickeral, and a couple of trout that weekend.

2002
This picture was taken at Iroquois Falls secondary School showing  the clothes that Andy made. He wanted to have a look all his own so he took material and added them to his pants and shirt so he could get the flared look. Andy was 15 years old at the time of this picture.

2004
This picture was taken in July 2004. This is Andy's best friend Johnny Stevens. This is also the dune buggy that Andy and his Dad had rebuilt, and he spent many, many hours on this dune buggy. We lived in Tunis at this time, so there was a lot of room for he and his friends to enjoy their new found toy.

2004 July
This picture was taken at the beginning of July 2004 when we decided to take a day and go fishing.

Andy's last picture
Andy was called to heaven on October 15, 2004, six days after his 17th. birthday. This was the last picture taken of Andy at his Uncle Derek's home on Aug. 25, 2004. I had planned to have family pictures taken that day and insisted that the whole family be there. I'm so glad I made that decision now. He is such a nice looking boy, I think he looks like a model!
